About Sample Coffee – St Peters
Sample Coffee on Mary Street is the St Peters, Sydney specialty coffee café and roastery of Sample, on the corner of Albion Lane.
The roaster, imported from Germany, runs in a separate room, and coffees are brewed at a front bar as espresso, batch brew filter and cold brew, with recent lots from Kenya, Ethiopia and Colombia. Breakfast brings pastries and granola, and after 9 a.m. there are sandwiches and plates on a menu that changes every two weeks. House sodas and a cascara kombucha are made on site, and beans are sold to take away.
