About Sample Coffee – St Peters
Sample Coffee is a St Peters, Sydney specialty coffee roaster that began in 2011 as a small espresso bar in Surry Hills.
It now roasts in a separate room at its St Peters café on a roaster imported from Germany. Sample focuses on rotating single origins and fair, traceable sourcing, and roasts as an omni roast suited to both filter and espresso, with recent coffees from Kenya and Ethiopia. It is a certified B Corp and also runs espresso bars in Surry Hills and Chippendale. Its beans rotate through Sydney cafés such as Ashfield Apothecary.
