About Sweetbrew Coffee House
Sweetbrew is a Launceston specialty coffee roaster founded in 2014 by Archana and Tim Brammall, focused on traceable, high-quality coffee.
It roasts on site at its venues. The original Sweetbrew café is on Cimitiere Street, and the couple's second venue, Tatler Lane by Sweetbrew on St John Street, works as a roasting house with an all-day Middle Eastern-inspired brunch. Discover Tasmania's January 2026 guide credits the Brammalls with changing Launceston's coffee scene when they opened the first Sweetbrew in 2014. The Cimitiere Street café opens from 6:30 a.m. on weekdays.
