About Sweetbrew Coffee House
Sweetbrew on Cimitiere Street is the original Launceston specialty coffee café of Archana and Tim Brammall, opened in 2014.
Its coffee is roasted on site, with a focus on traceable, high-quality beans. It opens 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays and 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. The Brammalls' second venue, Tatler Lane by Sweetbrew, is on St John Street and also roasts on site. Discover Tasmania's January 2026 guide credits the couple with changing Launceston's coffee scene.
