About Quills Coffee
Quills Coffee on Baxter Avenue is a Highlands specialty coffee café in Louisville run by the local roaster Quills.
The café serves Quills coffee roasted in small, hand-run batches on Main Street, including the Inkwell house blend on drip, the Blacksmith espresso blend and the Southern Gothic cold brew blend, with seasonal drinks and roasted beans for sale. Quills also runs cafés in NuLu at the Firehouse and on Frankfort Avenue.
