About Niccolo Coffee
Niccolo Coffee is a Cremorne, Melbourne specialty coffee roaster that has roasted in the city since 2008.
Its Stephenson Street headquarters houses a café beside the roasting operation, so the coffee is served a few steps from where it is roasted. The signature medium roast is designed to be smooth and full-bodied in milk coffee, while rotating single origins are brighter and change with the seasons. Niccolo sources its green beans globally and roasts them in Melbourne, serving both the medium roast and the seasonal single origins at the Cremorne café. Sitchu included it in its October 2026 guide to Melbourne coffee.
