About Niccolo Coffee
Niccolo Coffee on Stephenson Street is a Cremorne, Melbourne specialty coffee café at the headquarters of the Niccolo roastery.
The café sits beside the roasting operation. Niccolo has roasted in Melbourne since 2008. The café pours its signature medium roast, built for milk coffee, and seasonal single origins that are brighter and more distinctive. Beans are sourced globally, roasted on site and sold to take home. Sitchu included the café in its October 2026 guide to Melbourne coffee.
