About Micrology Coffee Roasters
Micrology Coffee Roasters is an Osborne Park, Perth specialty coffee roaster active in the city's coffee scene since 2013.
It sources microlots from around the world. It moved its roasting from a facility in O'Connor from 2019 and now roasts and distributes everything from Collingwood Street, where a café opened in 2021 and a training room serves wholesale customers. Micrology sells two-litre cold brew casks and at-home coffee supplies. Its espresso is also poured by other cafés, including in Fremantle.
