About Micrology Coffee Roasters
Micrology on Collingwood Street is the Osborne Park, Perth specialty coffee café of the roaster Micrology, opened in 2021 at its roastery and distribution site.
Espresso comes from La Marzocco, Synesso and Modbar machines, with filter brewing and cold brew on tap, sold also in two-litre casks. Baked goods come from Big Loaf, including North Street Store cinnamon buns. The room has a blue-and-peach scheme, a long wall couch with terrazzo tables, plants and a turntable, and at least three baristas work the counter.
