Humblebee Coffee Roasters is a Mount Hawthorn, Perth specialty coffee roaster and café whose owner, Zach Huynh, is also its head roaster.
It micro-roasts its beans at the Coogee Street café, where take-home bags are roasted while customers wait. The house blend, Coogee Street, is designed for espresso, with notes of dark chocolate, stone fruit and toasted nuts, and there is a range of single origins for filter. Humblebee hosts free public cuppings and does not offer skim or soy milk.
