About Humblebee Coffee
Humblebee on Coogee Street is a Mount Hawthorn, Perth specialty coffee café and micro-roastery run by owner and head roaster Zach Huynh.
It serves the Coogee Street espresso blend and single-origin filter, and take-home bags are roasted while customers wait. Full-cream coffees come in two sizes, and skim and soy milk are not offered. The food is a chocolate croissant and filled doughnuts. Free public cuppings are held, and the café opens early.
