About Coffee in Common
Coffee in Common is a Hindmarsh, Adelaide specialty coffee roaster and café founded by barista and roaster Sean Do, first in Essendon, Melbourne, in 2015.
Do began roasting about a year after opening, first at the co-roasting space Bureaux Collective, then on his own roaster. The Melbourne café closed in 2019, and Do reopened in a Hindmarsh warehouse at the start of 2021 with his friend Davide Cavuoto. It roasts about three house blends, a rotating single origin and a reserve list of beans bought directly from farms, sold in-store, online and at Sibling.
