About Coffee in Common
Coffee in Common on Bacon Street is a Hindmarsh, Adelaide specialty coffee café and roastery in a warehouse, run by Sean Do and Davide Cavuoto.
Espresso is made on a La Marzocco Modbar, with filter in a manual brewing section, from house blends, a single origin and a reserve list. Chef Dieter Georg bakes in-house, with doughnuts the specialty, and all-day breakfast and lunch run from pancakes to a lobster tail brioche. The Japanese-minimalist fit-out, by architect Elias Khoury, has recycled chairs and a large bar.
