Fomins.coffee is a specialty coffee roaster in Liepāja focused on sweetness, balance and distinctive character in the cup. Its offer runs from everyday coffees to rare microlots.
The roastery builds direct relationships with producers and visits origins to understand how variety, processing and fermentation shape flavour. Its list has included a honey-processed Geisha and a Coconut and Lemon lot from Colombia, a Brazilian Geisha and Cerrado Mineiro, and coffees from Peru, Burundi, Honduras, Kenya, El Salvador, Costa Rica and Ethiopia, plus a sugarcane-process decaf.
Coffees are roasted for filter, espresso or omni use and sold online and through Boulangerie in Liepāja, which also pours them at its bar. Cascara is on offer too.
