About Boulangerie
Boulangerie Liepāja is a French-inspired bakery and specialty coffee bar in central Liepāja that serves coffee from its own roastery, Fomins.coffee.
The coffee menu covers a house espresso, seasonal single origins and occasional rare microlots, with filter and cold brew alongside espresso drinks. Croissants, artisan bread, desserts and breakfast dishes are all baked and made in-house. The shop side stocks Fomins.coffee beans, xbloom brewers and ICOSA cups, plus Domori chocolate and other imported groceries. The venue sits on Kuršu iela, welcomes dogs and children, and has outdoor seating and Wi-Fi.
