Blume Coffee is an Abbotsford, Melbourne specialty coffee roaster run single-handedly by Angus Gibbs from a converted garage on Yarra Street.
It describes itself as a small community roaster and roasts on site. There are two seasonal espresso blends: Sunshine, a lighter roast with lively acidity, and Moonlight, a darker Italian-style roast for milk. Rotating single origins sit alongside, and a quick espresso to go is offered for passers-by. The converted backstreet garage has two benches, a record player, Blume merchandise and bags of beans for sale.
