About BLUME COFFEE
Blume Coffee on Yarra Street is an Abbotsford, Melbourne specialty coffee roastery and espresso bar in a converted backstreet garage.
Owner Angus Gibbs roasts on site and serves two seasonal espresso blends, the lighter Sunshine and the darker, milk-friendly Moonlight, plus rotating single origins and a quick espresso to go. The space holds two benches, a record player, merchandise and bags of beans for sale. Broadsheet's 2026 Melbourne coffee collection includes it.
