About Coffee Exchange
Coffee Exchange on Wickenden Street is a Fox Point specialty coffee house in Providence that has roasted its own coffee since 1984.
Customers can see the bright red Diedrich roaster from the counter. About 80 percent of the beans come through Cooperative Coffees, an importer working with small-scale farmers, and nearly all are organic and fair-trade certified. The first floor has tables for reading and socializing, a renovated second floor offers quiet study space that can be rented for events, and an outdoor deck adds seats in summer. Espresso, brewed coffee, teas and roasted beans are all available.
