Little City Coffee & Kitchen on Mathewson Street is a downtown Providence specialty coffee café serving Tandem Coffee Roasters from Portland, Maine.
Kelsey Garvin and Dave Lanning, who previously worked for Dave's Coffee, opened it in 2021 in the 1904 Lapham Building, a storefront that had stood mostly empty for nearly thirty years. The café makes its own syrups and pairs the coffee with scratch-made pastries and breakfast sandwiches, with a menu that changes with the seasons. The kitchen closes earlier than the coffee bar.
