About Primary Coffee Potts Point
Primary Coffee Roasters on Ward Avenue is a Potts Point, Sydney specialty coffee roastery and bar run by Dan Kim, who roasts on site.
It serves single-origin filter and espresso and a seasonal blend of Ethiopian and Colombian beans with Jersey milk from Warrnambool. Breakfast and lunch have been dropped, leaving an occasional house madeleine or croissant. The room, designed by Jake Brainerd, has blonde oak, wall panelling and white concrete, and Broadsheet calls it more showroom than café.
