About Rosso Coffee Experience
The Rosso Coffee Experience on Dryburgh Street is a North Melbourne specialty coffee café and working roastery in Rosso's warehouse.
House blends and rotating single origins are roasted on site. Free cuppings walk through coffees from around the world, covering origin, processing and flavour, and brewing workshops teach pour-over, French press and AeroPress. Rosso has roasted specialty coffee for 16 years. Its warehouse café serves the house blends and single origins roasted on site. Sitchu included it in its October 2026 guide to Melbourne coffee.
