About Toby's Estate
Toby's Estate on Longland Street is the Newstead, Brisbane specialty coffee flagship café of the Sydney roaster Toby's Estate.
It serves coffee roasted at the company's Chippendale roastery in Sydney, including its espresso blends, monthly single origins and limited-edition Flavour Savour blends, and sells beans to take home. Toby's Estate runs its other flagship cafés in Chippendale, Fitzroy in Melbourne and Robertson Quay in Singapore. The Newstead café opens 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. at weekends.
