About Shake Coffee Roasters
Shake Coffee Roasters on Main Road is a Moonah, Hobart specialty coffee café and roastery run by Ian Merrigan.
It roasts its own beans, which also appear at other Hobart venues such as Pilgrim Coffee. The café pairs Shake's coffee with chai from Flying High Chai and fresh pastries, and bags of beans can be bought to take home. Urban List Hobart included Shake in its January 2026 guide to Hobart's coffee.
