About Northern Coffeeworks
Northern Coffeeworks is a Minneapolis specialty coffee roaster established in 2017.
Its mission is to serve sustainably sourced coffee that celebrates Minnesota.
Its range includes the Boundary Waters blend, also sold as instant coffee, Cabin Vibes, Evergreen Espresso and Lady's Slipper, plus single origins such as Manos Juntas from Colombia, a Honduras natural field blend, Kenya Mugaya, a Papua New Guinea peaberry and a sugarcane-process Colombian decaf.
The roaster roasts on Thursdays and Fridays, ships web orders the following Monday and serves the coffee at its café on 28th Avenue South.
