About Coffee Alchemy
Coffee Alchemy on Sydenham Road is a Marrickville, Sydney specialty coffee espresso bar and roastery, co-owned by cupping champion Hazel de los Reyes.
It moved here in 2021 after nearly 20 years on Addison Road, bringing its Synesso machine, frosted pendants and gold mirror. Floor-to-ceiling windows, a long timber counter and pews for drinking in fill the teal room, and there is a wide range of brew methods. It opens 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sundays.
