About CLAMP COFFEE SARASA
CLAMP COFFEE SARASA is a specialty coffee roastery café in the Nishinokyo area of Kyoto's Nakagyo, near Nijo Station. Beans are roasted in house and hand-sorted twice, once before and once after roasting, to remove defects.
Six to eight coffees are on offer at a time, chosen to show the character of each origin, and beans are sold by weight for home brewing. The shop is part of the Sarasa group of Kyoto cafés and opens from 8:00, closing on the last Wednesday of each month.
