Townsfolk Coffee is a specialty coffee bar and roastery in Kanazawa, near Tamagawa Park, opened in July 2020. The owner trained in Tokyo and Copenhagen, and the shop roasts in a Nordic style that brings out each bean's character.
Reviewers mention light-roast specialty coffee served in a quiet room with twelve seats at the counter and on sofas, and large windows facing the park. Beans are sold in the shop and online, and it is open every day from 8:30.
