About Higashide Coffee
Higashide Coffee is a self-roasting specialty coffee shop in Kanazawa, a short walk from Omicho Market. The smell of roasting fills the wood-panelled room, and the shop offers a wide range of its own single-origin and blended coffees.
Alongside brewed coffee, the menu has espresso drinks, affogato and a house-made pudding. Seating is mostly at the counter, the shop is non-smoking and payment is cash only. It closes on Wednesdays, Sundays and public holidays.
