About BLUE BEANS ROASTERY
BLUE BEANS ROASTERY is a specialty coffee roastery café in a residential part of Kagoshima's Kamitatsuocho, opened in January 2019.
Manager Kennosuke Sakashita, who previously ran HAY COFFEE STAND, roasts on a Diedrich and keeps five to seven single origins and a blend, brewed by hand drip, AeroPress or immersion from 500 yen. Beans are sold by origin, and handmade pastries and seasonal drinks round out the menu. Most customers take their coffee to go.
