About Kai Coffee Hawaii at Alohilani Resort
Kai Coffee Hawaii at the Alohilani Resort is a Waikiki specialty coffee café in Honolulu and the flagship of the family-run local roaster Kai.
Owner Sam Suiter, a coffee brew master, and his wife Natalie run the business, which roasts its own Hawaii-grown coffee in Kapahulu. The café brews pour-over, AeroPress, French press and a 12-hour cold brew alongside espresso drinks such as macchiatos, cappuccinos and lattes. Bags of Kai's roasts are sold to take home. It opens every day from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
