About PHILOCOFFEA 201
PHILOCOFFEA 201 is a specialty coffee shop in Funabashi, about five minutes on foot from Keisei Funabashi Station. It belongs to PHILOCOFFEA, the roaster run by 2016 World Brewers Cup champion Tetsu Kasuya.
The second-floor shop serves and sells Kasuya's roasts, with brewing guided by his 4:6 pour-over method. It is one of several PHILOCOFFEA shops in central Funabashi near the company's roastery. The shop opens daily from 10am to 6pm.
