About PhiloCoffeeA

PHILOCOFFEA Shapo Funabashi is a specialty coffee shop in Funabashi, thirty seconds from the Shapo exit of JR Funabashi Station. It is a branch of PHILOCOFFEA, the roaster founded by 2016 World Brewers Cup champion Tetsu Kasuya.

The shop sells beans within two weeks of roasting and serves coffee to commuters until 9pm daily. PHILOCOFFEA's coffees are roasted at its headquarters in Kaijin-cho, Funabashi, and Kasuya is known for the 4:6 pour-over method that the brand teaches.
