THE LOCAL COFFEE STAND FUKUOKA is a multi-roaster specialty coffee stand east of Hakata Station in Fukuoka.
The Fukuoka branch of a Tokyo stand, it sits on the ground floor of THE BASICS FUKUOKA hotel. Its concept is one roaster a month: four coffees from a single Japanese roaster, brewed by hand on HARIO V60 or Kalita Wave depending on the bean, alongside espresso drinks. The featured beans are sold for home brewing. The stand opened in 2020 near Nakashiobashi Park.
