About CARVELL
CARVELL is a specialty coffee stand inside a vintage clothing shop in Fukuoka's Shirogane, opened in June 2024 by Tsutomu "Ben" Sunada.
Sunada spent about six years at REC COFFEE before opening, and brews mainly on a conical dripper, with an espresso machine added in late 2024 and a milk brew on the menu. Cups are made by a local potter, and beans are sold at the counter, while the front of the second-floor space is given over to vintage clothing.
