About A little COFFEE
A little COFFEE is a specialty coffee shop in Fukuoka's Torikai, opened in July 2022 by Yuta Ushijima.
Ushijima trained at REC COFFEE from 2014 to 2019 and was a 2016 Japan Barista Championship semifinalist. The shop keeps a year-round blend and rotates seasonal single origins, brewed on a conical dripper to show clean acidity, with espresso drinks as well. His wife, a chef with experience in Fukuoka, Tokyo and Italy, cooks weekly pasta lunches and desserts such as cheesecake.
