The White Bear Coffee on Armii Krajowej is the specialty coffee address in Ełk, a branch of a café chain from Podlasie that runs its own palarnia kawy. The roastery works with specialty-grade beans, offering single origins from Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Colombia, Brazil and India alongside house espresso blends such as Black Blend #1 and #2.
This is a chain café rather than an independent roastery-café; the chain's beans are also sold whole and ground for espresso, V60, Chemex and moka pot at home.
