Specialty coffee in Suwałki is served at The White Bear Coffee, a Podlasie chain whose beans are roasted at its own roastery in the region.
The listed café on ul. Kościuszki was joined in spring 2026 by a second one on ul. Chłodna in the centre. Both pour classic espresso drinks and przelew, with cakes, sandwiches, breakfast desserts and the brand's own ice cream. The roastery sells single origins and micro-lots it describes as scoring above 85 SCA points, and beans and brewing accessories are on sale in the cafés.
