The White Bear Coffee Ełk is a specialty coffee café on Armii Krajowej in Ełk, part of the roaster and café chain founded in Białystok in 2019.
The beans come from The White Bear Coffee's own roastery in Białystok, which supplies a network of franchised cafés across Polish towns. The Ełk bar serves espresso, V60, batch brew and cold brew, with decaf and plant-based milks, and breakfast is on the menu with vegan options. Free wifi and laptop-friendly seating suit longer stays, there is seating outside, and children and dogs are welcome. It opens at half past seven on weekdays and eight at weekends, staying open until nine in the evening.
