Dawson Taylor's Roast Pour-Over Bar on South Lusk Street is a Boise specialty coffee bar at the company's roastery in the Lusk District.

Coffee is roasted on site on two drum roasters and served as espresso drinks, pour-over and filter, and bulk beans are sold. The roastery offers tours, and Dawson Taylor's original downtown coffeehouse on North 8th Street has served Boise since 2001. Bulk coffee and roastery tours make the Lusk Street site the company's production base as well as a bar.
