About PROPER COFFEE Palarnia Kawy - kawiarnia
PROPER COFFEE is the café of Palarnia Kawy Proper, a specialty coffee roastery in Bielsko-Biała, set on Olszówka in the Mikuszowice Śląskie district.
Proper began, by its own account, with an old coffee grinder found years ago, and grew from a home hobby into a professional roastery. It roasts single origins from Brazil, Bolivia, Mexico, Africa, India and Asia as well as blends, for espresso, filter and moka pot, and runs coffee training. At the café the bar covers espresso, V60, batch brew and cold brew, with plant-based milks, and breakfast and pastries are served. The room mixes concrete with a lot of greenery, and there is a balcony for sitting outside.
