Specialty coffee in Bielsko-Biała is a compact scene of a few cafés, two of which roast their own beans.
GRUNT Palarnia Kawy, on ulica Legionów in the centre, is a roastery-café serving espresso, filter coffee and cold brew alongside breakfast. Proper Palarnia Kawy, the café of the Proper roastery, sits at Olszówka in the south of the city and pairs espresso and filter with breakfast and lunch menus. Both have plant-based milks and outdoor seating.
South Coffee and Klubokawiarnia Aquarium round out the list, giving the city a small but self-supplied coffee culture where locally roasted beans are the norm rather than the exception.
