GRUNT palarnia kawy is a specialty coffee roastery and café on Legionów in Bielsko-Biała, founded by Kamil and Magda.
The founders call GRUNT a return to the roots, with good coffee and food under one roof. They roast single origins from Central and South America, Africa and Asia as well as blends, for espresso and for filter, and sell them as beans and drip bags along with training sessions and events. At the café the coffee is pulled as espresso or brewed as V60, batch brew and cold brew, with decaf and plant-based milks, and breakfast is served. There is wifi and room for laptops, outdoor seating, step-free access, and children and dogs are welcome.
