About Opus Coffee Brewers
Opus Coffee Brewers on Keira Street is a Wollongong specialty coffee café established in 2016, focused on carefully brewed single-origin coffee.
Owner Mel, with about 15 years in coffee, runs it with partner Bryce. It pours Single O as the house coffee with monthly guest roasters, plus batch brew, V60 and cold drip. Bagels are hand-rolled and boiled each morning, alongside eggs and in-house baking. A takeaway-only sister café is on Kembla Street. It is closed on Tuesdays.
