About Cafe & Creperie Tobidasu
Tobidasu Roastery is a specialty coffee roastery café in Kuroda, Wakayama City. Roasting is led by Ryoji Iwahashi on a Rolling Smart Roaster, the first installed in Wakayama, with optical bean sorting and temperature-controlled green storage.
Light-roasted single origins are served by French press, while darker roasts from the company's headquarters are served as drip coffee. The menu includes a different blend for each day of the week, plus crêpes and galettes.
