About Cafe & Creperie Tobidasu
Tobidasu Roastery is a Wakayama specialty coffee roaster in Kuroda, Wakayama City. Its roasting supervisor, Ryoji Iwahashi, works on a digitally controlled hot-air Rolling Smart Roaster, the first installed in the prefecture.
The roastery uses optical sorting and temperature-controlled storage for green coffee. Light single origins are roasted on the Smart Roaster, while classic darker roasts are produced at the company's headquarters with indirect-fire methods.
The range includes Seven Days Coffee, a set of blends for each day of the week.
