About Valdi Specialty Coffee
Valdi Specialty Coffee is a specialty coffee shop and roastery on Vasil Drumev Street in central Varna, run under the VALDI COFFEE brand.
The coffee is roasted in-house, and guests pick the bean and the brew: espresso, milk drinks, V60 pour-over or cold brew. The single origins on offer include Ethiopia Sidamo Shantawene, Colombia Santa Maria, Kenya, Burundi, Peru and Uganda, scored 83 to 87 points. Bags and brewing accessories are sold for home use, and there are house sweets with the coffee. It closes on Sundays.
