About Valdi Specialty Coffee
Valdi Specialty Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster in Varna that sells its coffee under the VALDI COFFEE brand.
The roastery works with traceable coffees from selected farms and regions. Its online range lists single origins from Ethiopia (Sidamo, Shantawene), Colombia (Santa Maria), Kenya, Burundi, Peru and Uganda, with SCA scores between 83 and 87. Beans and brewing accessories are sold online and in the shop.
The founders say they want specialty coffee to feel simple and approachable. Their café on Vasil Drumev Street serves the roasts as espresso, V60 and cold brew.
