Dagger Coffee @ Dot Slash, Coffee & Workshop is a specialty coffee bar inside the Dotslash start-up hub on Europalaan in Utrecht.
The building houses more than a hundred young companies, and the café serves as their bright, modern canteen and a relaxed place to work for freelancers and visitors. Dagger was founded by an award-winning barista and roasts its own beans, which are pulled here as espresso, with decaf and plant-based milks on offer. The brunch menu mixes savoury and sweet, from kimchi toasties to rhubarb and ricotta toast, and there are vegan options. Wifi, laptop space, outdoor seating and step-free access are all in place. It opens on weekdays from half past eight until five.
