About Presta Coffee Roasters
Presta Coffee Roasters at The Mercado is the original Tucson specialty coffee café of the local roaster Presta, inside Mercado San Agustin on the West Side.
The café has bar and patio seating and serves Presta's rotating coffees, which recently included an anaerobic honey from Finca Los Naranjos in El Salvador, an anaerobic natural from William Mora in Costa Rica, a washed Garnica from Alfonso Lopez in Mexico, an Ethiopia Koke honey and a hydro-honey Geisha from La Indonesia in Colombia. Presta has served Tucson for more than ten years and also runs cafés on 9th Street and on East Sunrise Drive.
