ASLAN Coffee on Nurses Walk is a specialty coffee café in The Rocks, Sydney, run by ASLAN Coffee Roasters.
ASLAN has roasted Indonesian-focused coffee since 2009. Beans are roasted at its St Peters roastery and rested before serving. The kitchen serves food until 2:30 p.m., and Sitchu recommends the matcha brownie. The café opens 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at weekends.
